MJM Vario Master 9490
Fully Automatic Horizontal Strapping Machine

The M. J. Maillis Vario Master 9490 is a high performance but low maintenance, fully automatic strapping machine for horizontal strapping of pallets and single layers and can be integrated into automatic packing lines. The machine has the automatic strap insert GS41 Strapping head as standard. Configuration of the precision aluminium profiles strap guides with spring loaded gates enable a strapping position minimum of 65mm above conveyor (40mm for brick industry option). Programming of up to ten strap patterns and ten strappings per pack. Installed in drums, cans, brick and block, roof tiles and food distribution industries.

The machine has high reliability and easy operation. The product load (pack) is positioned using sensors and automatic height detection. The pack remains stationary; the strapping unit descends (to top of pack or lowest strap position) by toothed belt drive to top of pack. Strap is then fed around the pack, tension applied (steplessly adjustable from 50N - 4000N), and sealed. Strapping unit continues to apply further straps at programmed strap positions. After all programmed straps are applied the strapping unit returns to its home position to allow the pack to exit the machine. Vario Master 9490 is CE marked for safety and performance.
