MJM Vario Master 9410 & 9420
Automatic Strapping Machine

The M. J. Maillis Vario Master 9410 and 9420 models are compact automatic vertical strapping machines. The machines have the automatic strap insert GS41 Strapping head as standard that is mounted in a fixed position on its side for side sealing of the strap. Compact design, automatic strap insert, precise strap guidance and positioning, all designed for easy operation. The models enable strapping of product load with or without the pallet and special pallets, and packages. A wide range of strapping arches are available. Installed in logistics, warehouse, and flat pack furniture, boiler and domestic appliance industries.

The machine requires a conveyor system to support the pack to enable the strapping operation to take place. These conveyors can be driven or non driven allowing manual or automatic pack positioning. After the pack is positioned the strapping cycle is initiated by an automatic signal or by push button/footswitch. Strap is then fed around the pack, tension applied (steplessly adjustable from 50N - 4000N), and sealed. The pack is then moved to the next strapping position or exits the strapping machine. The Vario Master 9410 and 9420 are CE marked for safety and performance. Full after sales support is given including technical training, service contracts, emergency call out, and spare parts.
