Fully Automatic Strapping Pallet Press Machine

The M. J. Maillis Power Master 10481 is a high performance but low maintenance, fully automatic strapping press. It is of sturdy construction and very reliable. The machine has the automatic strap insert GS41 Strapping head as standard and ensures a high speed, reliable, constant and reproducible safe strapping. Compression of product is variable up to 30KN or 60KN (dependent on model). The machine is prominent in the corrugated and paper industry.

Advance controls on the machine enable simple and reliable operation. The pallet is transported to and from the machine by conveyors and positioned using the pallet measurement system and automatic height seeking of the pallet. The pallet remains stationary; the press on the rack and pinion drive system and compresses the load. Strap is automatically fed around the pallet by telescopic strap track and bayonet strap feed system, tension is applied (steplessly adjustable from 50N - 4000N), and sealed. Pallet moves to next strap position. Power Master 10481 is CE marked for safety and performance. Full after sales support is given including technical training, service contracts, emergency call out, and spare parts.
