Our objective is to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all our employees. To achieve this aim we are committed to a policy of continuous improvement in supervision, training, housekeeping, maintenance and safe working practices. Obviously, ultimate responsibility rests with the board of directors but the instigating and day-to-day monitoring of these key areas of activity are vested in the respective departmental line managers, supervisors and team leaders. Specific areas of attention are dictated by the very nature of our industry and include noise hazards and risks arising from the handling of steel strapping.
